Research Interests
My research addresses fundamental questions in physical oceanography related to atmosphere-ice-ocean interactions in polar regions, particularly the Arctic. Through a combination of observations and simple modeling, I investigate sea ice and upper ocean dynamics, as well as other high-latitude processes. I seek to advance our understanding of these rapidly changing environments and their role in the broader climate system.
